If the radio signal of the connected network is weak, the computer may automatically connect to the stronger network. In that case, the computer might not find the printer again. It is recommended that you connect your computer and printer to a strong radio signal network.

The network environment will be changed due to the change of the network that the computer is connected to. After confirming the message, the Epson Printer Connection Checker tool will switch the connection automatically.</li>

You need to reconfigure the printer.<br>

However, if the computer is connected to a 5GHz band network, change to match the computer network to the printer.</li></ul>
